RSVP for a skill building workshop on how to navigate difficult conversations and build equity. Join us as we seek to further educate ourselves with different dialogue techniques and philosophies to call out injustice in our presence and work together to create the world we want to see.
Equity focuses on fair treatment, equal opportunity and resources for everyone, but especially underrepresented groups. As a women’s organization, we are anchored in the belief that everyone deserves an equal opportunity, a fair chance and level playing field. WISE stands with all who are fighting to eradicate racism and inequality where they exist. In this workshop we will be introduced to the Intergroup Dialogue theory, the CLARI method and engage in scenarios to apply what we've learned. RSVP HERE
