Meet the WISE SF Bay Area Board of Directors.

President

Fayne is currently the Senior Manager of Events and Marketing Special Projects at Bloom Energy, where she is responsible for internal and external event execution, sponsorships, partnership and channel marketing, as well as involved in a variety of other projects including branding  budgeting, and operations. Prior to joining Bloom Energy, she gained a wide range of experience within events, operations, and marketing for technology companies, event agencies, and nonprofits including Raiders Radio Network, Playworks, The Oakland A's, Octagon, and Marshawn Lynch's Fam 1st Family Foundation. Fayne also serves as the BIG 10 hospitality and event lead for the Redbox Bowl Host Committee. An East Coast native (and proud Philadelphia sports fan) calling the Bay Area home for 15 years, Fayne earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland and a Master's Degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.

Vice President

Ally is currently the Director of Marketing for the Bay Area Host Committee (BAHC), playing a crucial role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement, highlighting BAHC’s and partner’s region-wide initiatives.

Prior to joining BAHC, she spent 5 years at the San Jose Earthquakes, and 2 seasons with Pac-12 Networks, growing from Partnership Marketing Coordinator to Manager and then to Director. With the Quakes, she managed marquee partnerships including Stadium Naming Rights partner, PayPal, and front of jersey partner, Intermedia along with managing the team that oversaw 60+ partner relationships to bring brands to life alongside the Quakes.

A Bay Area native, Ally fell in love with sports at a young age playing just about every sport growing up. She earned her Bachelor degree at UC Davis in Managerial Economics where she was a 4-year starter for the Aggie’s volleyball team. Following graduation she continued her volleyball career playing a season of professional volleyball in France for LNV League A team, TFOC Volley. When she’s not working or watching sports you can find Ally traveling and exploring new places, hiking and biking in the summer, and skiing in the winter.

Secretary

Megan Thompson is a young sports professional who has worked in many different sports events over the first five years of her career, including multiple FISU World University Games, NCAA March Madness Tournaments, and many Pac-12 Championships. Megan is currently the Pac-12 Conference Marketing Manager, where she oversees and implements the Pac-12 brand through championships, ancillary events, and on institution campuses. In addition, she is currently the WISE Within Chair of WISE SF Bay Area, where she enjoys helping others find their mentor.


Treasurer & Alumni

Ariel Feigenbaum is a marketing leader with over 15 years of experience developing creative community-focused brand marketing and bold partnership initiatives. With both agency and brand experience, she has led partnership development at Sutter Health, One Medical Group, and MRY for clients including Visa (NFL and Olympics), Old Navy, and Neutrogena, bringing brands to life through innovative community focused programming and marketing activations. She is currently the Treasurer and Alumni Chair of WISE SF Bay Area, where she volunteers as a mentor and community leader.

Events Commmittee

Noa is currently a Product Manager for Visa working on Travel and Lifestyle benefits for North America Credit. Before joining Visa, she managed sponsorships and partnerships for the Cal Alumni Association and was a Client Engagement Coordinator at a marketing agency. She grew up going to baseball, basketball, and hockey games in the Bay Area, along with being a competitive swimmer throughout childhood and high school. She has a passion for traveling and bringing people together through travel and sports.

Marketing Communications Chair

With a life-long passion for sports, believing in the positive impact sports can have on individuals and communities. Nadine enjoyed a 27-year career in professional sports working 11-years for the National Basketball Association, where she launched and directed the Jr. NBA and NBA Fit, creating domestic and international programming and initiatives focused on youth and families for NBA and WNBA teams and communities. In her 16 years working for the Cleveland Guardians (Indians) she directed and managed on-field events, managed the radio and TV networks, and coordinated MLB’s ALL-STAR Home Run Derby as well as World Series Hospitality Events. After moving to the West Coast with her family, Nadine joined the First Tee of the East Bay as the Marketing and Community Outreach Lead. Nadine also led the effort to develop and establish Triple Threat Academy's Girls Basketball Academy. She played Division I basketball and softball in college and coached youth basketball for 9 years. 

Belonging Chair

Jazmyn is currently a Manager of Box Office Operations for the Golden State Warriors. Her main priorities include the build of events for the concerts and shows that come to the Chase Center in addition to supporting the basketball side and managing the daily staff. Prior to joining the Warriors, she was an Operations Managers at Aqua Tech Swim School and worked in Ticket Operations for the San Francisco Giants for 8 years. A Bay Area native and avid sports fan, Jazmyn has been playing and working in the sports world since she was a child. Majoring in Sport Management at Howard University then returning home to receive her Masters in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco.

Events Chair

Becca Smith currently serves as the Director of Brand & Events for the Bay Area Host Committee (BAHC), a 501c6 non-profit corporation focused on bringing world-class sports and entertainment events to the Bay Area that drive economic vitality, community-wide engagement, civic pride, and global recognition. In this role, she is the bridge between event operations and brand strategy/experiential marketing for the events under BAHC’s purview, including the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, Super Bowl LX in 2026, and six matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Prior to joining BAHC, Smith attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Sport Management (M.S.) in 2023. 

In her previous role as the Assistant Director of Business Operations and Special Events at Pepperdine University Athletics, Smith oversaw student services for over 300 student-athletes including housing and some financial aid like cost of attendance and coordinated team travel for 14 Division I teams including air and ground transportation, lodging, and team meals.  Smith also managed all special events for the Athletics department and proudly served as the Assistant Tournament Manager for the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball West Regional Championship in 2020.

Marketing Communications Committee

Molly is currently a Sr. Coordinator in Partnership Marketing at the San Jose Earthquakes. She first joined the Quakes as an intern after graduating from Cal. There she was President of Club Women’s Water Polo and realized she wanted to work in sports. Molly is a big SF Giants fan and spends most of her weekends waking up to watch soccer or F1.

Mia is the Marketing Manager for the San Jose Earthquakes, where she focuses on oversees communications (email, SMS, and app marketing), manages grassroots marketing, and assists with advertisement buying. A lifelong Quakes fan, Mia attended her first game at two weeks old and loves working for her hometown team. She became a two-time published academic author and presented her works at numerous conferences during her time at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Partnerships Chair

Lindsay currently serves as the Partnerships Manager at Athleta, where she manages athlete, celebrity, and brand partnerships. She cultivates and strengthens relationships with notable partners such as Simone Biles, Katie Ledecky, and Alicia Keys, while pioneering initiatives to expand Athleta's network. In 2023, Lindsay spearheaded the launch of the Power of She Collective, elevating Athleta's ambassador program with the addition of 11 prominent athletes. A proud advocate for advancing women's sports, Lindsay is dedicated to fostering authentic partnerships that embody the essence of the Power of She. A Bay Area native, born and raised in Marin County, Lindsay grew up in a family of female athletes. She and her two older sisters played college soccer, while her mother was a collegiate swimmer. This background fuels Lindsay’s passion for empowering women through sports.

Malia is currently a Brand Marketing Manger for the San Jose Sharks, working to further increase their brand exposure throughout San Jose and the Greater Bay Area. Growing up, Malia had a passion for sports journalism and storytelling resulting in her becoming a broadcaster for her college radio station and majoring in communication and media. Prior to joining the Sharks, she briefly worked in real estate and for the San Francisco 49ers Foundation.  In Malia’s free time, she enjoys attending live sporting events and exploring new Bay Area restaurants.

Secretary

Tori recently moved to the Bay Area and is now the Assistant Director of Employer and Alumni Engagement at UC Berkeley. Originally from Cleveland, she is a graduate of Ohio University and spent the past nine years with the Cleveland Cavaliers. During her time with the team, Tori held the position of Director of Marketing, where she played a pivotal role in high-profile initiatives such as the Kelce Brothers Bobblehead Night, NBA All-Star 2022, the Cavs' 50th Season Celebration, multiple Cavs City Edition campaigns, and more. She was also instrumental in launching innovative programs like Cavs Rewards and Cavs Gold Pass, as well as fan development efforts such as the Cavs Kids Club and Jr. Reporter program.

Beyond her expertise in marketing and event management, Tori is deeply committed to community engagement and empowering women in the workplace. She has served as the Marketing Chair for WISE Cleveland and as the Professional Development Chair for empowHER, a Team Member Resource Group. Tori also remains actively involved with her alma mater, Ohio University, as a Professional Mentor for students in the Scripps PRSSA.

Kristen Rodgers currently serves as the Director of Sportstech for Plug and Play Tech Center, helping the world's largest corporations with their innovation strategy by partnering them with cutting-edge startups. 
Prior to joining Plug and Play, Kristen was Head of Accounts for a sportstech startup, Tagboard, leading the sales effort and growth among broadcast clients. Kristen's expertise lies in the media space, as she was a sports anchor for 7+ years with Fox29 in Philadelphia and KEZI in Eugene, Oregon. Kristen has covered the biggest events in the world from Super Bowls to NCAA Championships, NBA Playoffs and March Madness.
Kristen is a Bay Area native and credits her love of sport to her dad teaching her defensive schemes by watching the 49ers on gameday and mapping out the plays using forks and knives on the dinner table. Kristen graduated from USC with a major in Broadcast and Digital Journalism with minors in Business Administration and Sports Media Studies. She was President of USC Club Tennis and Vice President of Delta Gamma. When she's not helping founders and corporations in the space, you can find Kristen playing golf, tennis, pickleball or cheering on her 49ers!
